She commenced her specialist training in Perth, before moving to Canberra where she obtained her Fellowship to the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians. Dr Harris is passionate about patient-centred care, believing that all members of the community can exercise safely to achieve optimal overall health. To achieve this, she works with patients in the non-surgical management of injuries, exercise prescription, and management of medical conditions that impact a person’s ability to exercise. Collaboration with the patient’s GP, other Specialists and allied health providers, is key to Dr Harris’ approach to providing patients with the best possible care.
